Billing
Manage your subscription, billing, and usage for Rybbit Cloud
Billing exists on Rybbit Cloud only. Open it by clicking Billing in the settings sidebar or going to app.rybbit.io/settings/billing. Only organization owners see the Billing item; anyone else who opens the page is told that only the owner can manage the subscription.
Subscriptions belong to an organization. If you have several organizations, each one needs its own subscription, and the page shows the plan of the organization that's currently selected.
Plans and limits
You pick a plan (Standard or Pro), a monthly event volume, and monthly or annual billing. Each plan has these site and member limits:
| Plan | Sites | Members |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 5 | 3 |
| Pro | Unlimited | 100 |
Some features need a specific plan. For example, session replay needs Pro, and web vitals, error tracking and API keys need Standard or Pro. Older organizations may be on a Basic plan, which allows 1 site and 1 member.
Free trial
Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Each organization gets one trial: if it has had a subscription before, checkout charges you right away.
The billing page shows when your trial ends. You can cancel during the trial with Cancel trial; you won't be charged, and the plan stays active until the trial ends.
After a trial ends without payment
If you cancel during the trial, or the first charge fails, your sites keep collecting data for 60 more days at the event limit of the plan you trialed. Subscribe to a plan before then to keep tracking.
Sites without a plan
Sites created on or after February 13, 2026 in an organization with no trial or paid plan don't collect any data. Start a trial or subscribe to begin tracking. Sites created before that date keep the legacy free tier.
Usage
Events are counted per organization, across all of its sites, per calendar month in UTC. Usage resets on the 1st of each month.
These count toward your limit: pageviews, custom events, web vitals, outbound link clicks, and autocaptured button clicks, copies, form submits and input changes.
When an organization goes over its monthly event limit, its sites stop collecting until the next month or until you upgrade to a higher limit.
Bot traffic filtered by bot detection doesn't count toward your usage.
What the billing page shows
- Plan - Your current plan, its event, site and member limits, the price, and when it renews, cancels or when the trial ends. Use Change plan or Upgrade plan to switch plans.
- Usage this month - Events used against your limit, with a projection of when you'll reach it at the current pace, plus the number of Sites and Members against your plan's limits. If you use organization API keys, it also shows Org API requests today.
- Usage history - Events per day over a range you choose.
- Payment - Click Manage in Stripe to change your card and billing email.
- Cancel subscription (or Cancel trial) - Takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Invoices - Past invoices with their date, amount and status.
You can also see a single site's usage under Site Settings > Usage. See Site settings.
